Licensing.

Hello,

This issue has been given over to the users, readers and authors of the
LDP to decide. It has been posted to http://www.kuro5shin.org,
http://www.linuxdoc.org and several others.

People have been asked to send their comments to thoughts@linuxdoc.org
In about a week to 10 days I will compile all of the responses and we can
go from there.

If you have an argument for or against, please just send it to
thoughts@linuxdoc.org so we can settle this is a simple fashion.
