Some LDP document such as "Programming-Languages-mini-HOWTO" uses
the <table>/<tabular> like:

<table>
<tabular ca="llllll">

        Yes|
        Free|
        TCL|
        PERL, Python, others|
        make xconfig, TKDesk|

And it seems to be converted correctly by sgml2html.

sgml2txt and sgml2latex can convert this also, but the result
is wider than the width of terminal window or paper, so it
is not so beautifull like html output.
